I love life! Every day is a new experience. I love to help others and enjoy laughing and watching others have a good time. I love actively listening to others as they tell their stories. I don’t like watching people getting hurt and I believe in standing up for those who can’t defend themselves. I believe people have value and no one can put a dollar amount on people worth. I am honest to a fault! I believe that if you don’t lie you don’t have to be concern about what you said or didn’t say in a given moment. I general look for straight forward relations and don’t like to interact with evasive or deceitful people. Cultural awareness play an important role in my life. Cultural includes all my family even those who are dead and gone because they are the ones who set the cultural pattern I follow. This person that I am, loves reading and sharing my stories with others. Reading poetry is a favorite pastime as is writing poetry.

Drawn from the rich content of storytellers, I made a conscience decision to join the literary world as Poet Extraordinaire! I wrote my first book of poetry, “Straight from the Heart: A Collections of Thoughts” in 2007. Publishing this book open doors to publishing my second book, “The Parole Officer and the Intruder” in 2009, a curriculum, “Healthy Decision Making and My Black is Beautiful in 2008, and a Youth Leadership Development Training Manuel and Facilitator Guide in 2017.” Tajai Publishing, LLC is my literary company established on September 29, 2008.
